• store-room 200x100 cm
• dark grey carpet flooring
• company sign with standard lettering and company name
• a fully tested electrical system with a single-phase electrical panel, LED lights and multi-sockets
• furniture: reception counter with stool and a furniture set with a table, chairs, coat stand and a plastic waste bin
