In this setting, Italian companies are invited to collaborate with internationally renowned architects and designers<\/b> to create new projects<\/b>, highlighting excellence in stone through works and installations inspired by a theme identified every year by the curators, Raffaello Galiotto<\/em> and Vincenzo Pavan<\/em>. The Hall is divided into several areas<\/b>, each of which hosts an exhibition<\/b>: one focuses on architecture<\/b>, another on design<\/b>, another still on art<\/b> and the last on objects associated with leading furniture brands<\/b>. These are joined by two convivial areas \u2013 namely the Wine Bar<\/b> and the Ristorante d\u2019Autore<\/b>. These venues are also set up in accordance with the selected theme. Lastly, there is the Forum Area where lectures, workshops and conferences are held in alternation.<\/p>\n

Every year, the implementation of The Italian Stone Theatre<\/b> involves around fifty Italian natural stone processing, machinery and technology companies. They team up with designers and architects to create prototypes<\/b>, objects<\/b> or installations<\/b> intended specifically for this event.<\/p>\n

In 2018 <\/b>the theme was Stone and water<\/i>, where the fluidity of water confronted the solidity of stone. In 2019<\/b>, the theme was Naturality<\/i>, that is the naturalness of stone in its purest aspect, its hallmarks of uniqueness and geo-diversity, as a fundamental element in nature that has evolved and transformed over the centuries. In 2020<\/b>, the theme will be Time in Stone<\/i>; the intention is to analyse the contrast between time and its immaterial aspects interpreted through stone that, on the contrary, is pure material.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
