Ristorante d’Autore – “Designer Food” at Marmomacc: a pairing of excellence
The Ristorante d’Autore – designed by ADI VENETO TRENTINO ALTO ADIGE DELEGATION / Marmo Zandobbio and housed in the prestigious Hall 1 created by Marmomacc with the support of the Ministry for Economic Development (MISE), the ICE-Italian Trade Agency and Confindustria Marmomacchine within the framework of the Special Made in Italy Promotion Plan valorising the country’s excellence in the natural stone and technology sector – seeks to be a tribute to two items of true excellence: marble and food.
The public will have the chance to savour dishes prepared by star chefs in a marvellous setting where diners are welcomed by large white volumes: marble, granite, travertine and stone walls emerge from the flooring like slabbed leaves. Showing off shades of material, finishes and special moods.
